Utopiales announcement

It’s part of the indie life, going to conventions to show of your games, meet your players and fellow gamedevs. We don’t do that too much, mainly because getting out of brittany takes time. And also, getting Noodle out is quite a rare achievement.

Luckily for us, our next convention is not that far, we’re going to expose at Les Utopiales in Nantes (I know, not in brittany, but hey)* from November 1st to November 4th.

Booth prep

This is one of the biggest international science fiction festival going on its 20th year. For a few years now, they’ve added a video game to the list. There is a focus on a particular sci fi game every year, last year was Out There (highly recommanded by the way). There are talks and rountables focused on video games and they also invite local developers.
We’ll be there with Lethis – path of Progress and Lethis – Daring Discoverers to exchange with players and talk a bit about future plans. If you happen to be a frenchie living nearby, come and say hello. In case you’re not, you can always take some vacations in Nantes to go to the festival (and maybe take a look at the Machines of the Isle of Nantes), it’s worth the visit.

Fine prints

For the occasion, we built a little booth, and Noodle got a bit carried away with goodies and stuff. This will be a nice break for us, because a lot is happening behind the scenes, and we cannot talk about it yet. As we have already said in the past we’re still looking for different ways to secure Triskell’s future and some are getting along nicely so expect (hopefully good) news in the coming months.
